This Platform is membership-based and invite-only. Accounts are created only for users who have already purchased a Fly Bangalore Vacations membership offline and have been provided login credentials by us. There is no public sign-up, enquiry, or payment functionality on the Platform.
1. Applicability & Scope

- Members using the Fly Bangalore Vacations mobile application
- Members accessing the Fly Bangalore Vacations website
- Personal data collected offline through physical forms at the time of membership purchase

All personal data is primarily collected offline at the time a membership plan is purchased. This information is then securely stored to enable account creation and service delivery.

b. Travel & Membership Information
- Membership plan details and validity
- Travel preferences
- Destinations covered under the purchased plan
- Booking requests and booking history

c. Family / Companion Information
- Names and ages of accompanying family members, including children, if travelling
- This data is collected only to plan travel, accommodation, and related services
We do not create independent profiles for companions or children.
d. App Usage Information
- Login and access timestamps
- Booking request activity
- Feature usage and basic diagnostic data
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial details, biometric data, or health information through the Platform.
3. Invite-Only Account Model
- Users cannot create accounts themselves
- Login credentials are issued only after offline verification and payment
- Access is restricted to verified members only
- Downloading the app alone does not grant access

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Fly Bangalore Vacations website and mobile application (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership-Based Platform
- The Platform is accessible only to existing members
- Memberships are purchased offline at Fly Bangalore Vacations offices
- Login credentials are issued after verification and payment
- There is no public registration, enquiry, or online payment facility
2. Nature of Services
- Long-term travel membership plans (3 / 5 / 10 years)
- Travel planning, coordination, and booking facilitation
- Booking management through the Platform after membership purchase
The Platform is a service management tool, not an online travel marketplace.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments are made offline
- No payment gateways are integrated into the Platform
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- Memberships are not auto-renewed
Once a membership is purchased, no refunds are permitted, whether paid in full or in instalments.
4. Travel Bookings & Cancellations
- Booking requests submitted through the Platform are reviewed by our team
- Final confirmation is done after discussion and verification
- Once a booking is approved and processed, no cancellation or refund is permitted
- Third-party provider terms may apply independently
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Platform only for legitimate travel-related purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Refrain from unauthorised access, misuse, or disruption of the Platform
6. Limitation of Liability
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party service providers
- Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Fly Bangalore Vacations.
8. Suspension & Termination
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is detected
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
9. Modifications
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
